Sitting on their sofas, a girl and boy end a video call together, clearly missing each other. They wander to their respective windows and look out. Location & time zone clearly illustrate the physical distance between them. Unable to be apart any longer, they raise their RENOII phones and through a series of zooms, travel across the globe. This journey begins with the zooming feature through the actual phone, but transforms into a highly stylised creative odyssey across the globe, their respective worlds mixing together so the two journeys are visually linked. On the last zoom, the boy holds up his phone and zooms into the distance to find the girl on his screen who walks out of the phone and into the same location as the boy. Together at last in a beautiful landscape, they embrace. The camera zooms out of the landscape but the couple remain in place. The landscape resolves into a sofa which the couple fall into holding their phones, visually referencing the start of the commercial.
