Relaunching Taikoo

Swire Properties asked DBOX to re-imagine their 1,660,000 sq.m Hong Kong property portfolio, as well as to develop leasing communications for One Taikoo Place — a 100,000 sq.m new-build luxury commercial offering.

By re-choreographing their marketing suite, DBOX provided leasing teams with concise messaging and custom ultra-high resolution visual communications to best explain 'Taikoo Place'.

One Taikoo Place achieved 100% occupancy ahead of the official building opening. DBOX visual communications were described by JLL as '10/10 – the best and a perfect representation of the project'.

Sino Land sought to combine Robert A.M. Stern Architects’ international reputation and commitment to design quality with Kadoorie Hill’s 90-year history and natural surroundings — delivering a market-defining luxury property development.

DBOX’s past success with RAMSA projects — 15 Central Park West, The Morgan, 20 East End Avenue, Superior Ink, The Belnord — stimulated our approach to a suite of enhanced campaign imagery and brand film. Our work helped pay homage to RAMSA’s reputation and installed a strong sense of sophistication and elegance.

The project has become today’s property de rigueur at Kadoorie Hill, featuring in Tatler as ‘Hong Kong’s most sought-after residential addresses for almost a century’.

One Beverly Hills - Project Film - DBOX, Alagem Capital Group, Foster + Partners

Alagem Capital's bold vision for a 17.5 acre, multi-purpose luxury destination in Beverly Hills — adjacent to the iconic Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria. The multi-billion dollar project required compelling methods to communicate Foster + Partners’ masterplan and 4.5 acres of publicly accessible botanical gardens at a "human scale”. DBOX provided Alagem Capital with a visual world including brand identity, 360 tour, film & animation and CGIs.

One Beverly Hills  Film | DBOX

Designed by Eric Parry Architects for the City of London Corporation, the Salisbury Square development will become the heart of City of London’s new 'Justice Quarter'.

The project is of national significance, featuring an innovative future facility for HM Courts & Tribunals Service and a new state of the art Police facility for the City of London Police.

In delivering a visual world of imagery and motion, DBOX supported the Salisbury Square development consortium, with their planning obligations, social responsibilities, publicity and principal messaging.

In creating our 'Vision' film for Salisbury Square — narrated by Eric Parry — DBOX has celebrated the historic procession of Fleet Street and proposed renewal via an engaging collage of differing scales and visual treatments.
