Senior Flame Artist & VFX Supervisor

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced VFX Supervisor / Flame Artist with experience leading and supervising high-end advertising VFX projects.

Requirements：

3D Generalist

Job Description：

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented 3D Generalist with strong Character Animation skills to join our creative advertising team in Shanghai.

The role will work alongside talented and experienced VFX Supervisors and creative leads and other VFX Artists creating all types of CG for high-end advertising and digital projects.

We are looking for an adaptable 3D Artist able to take on a wide range of tasks. Candidates with strong Animation skills are preferred, additional Lighting/Look Dev (Arnold and/or Mantra), Character FX (cloths/hair etc), Rigging, FX (particles/fluids etc) skill are highly desirable.

Qualifications：

·Proven and demonstrable experience in creating high-end CG using Maya/Arnold and/or Houdini/Mantra

·Strong Character/Creature Animation skills.

·Additional skills in Lighting/Look Dev (Arnold and/or Mantra), Character FX (cloths/hair etc), Rigging, FX (particles/fluids etc) are highly desirable.

·Good understanding of most CG techniques and technologies.

·Proactive in picking up proprietary tools and new techniques.

·Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues.

Senior Animator

Employment Type：Full Time

Job Description：

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Animator to join our creative advertising team in Shanghai. First and foremost our Animators are responsible for producing high-quality, realistic and stylised animation for our clients advertising projects.

Ideally we are looking for an Animator that also bridges some skills to the rigging team, or has the confidence and communication skills to work with the rigging team and help achieve efficient rigs for high-end realistic animation.

Responsibilities：

·Animating realistic and stylised Characters and Creatures for VFX and full CG projects (inc. facial animation)

·Mentoring and leading junior Animators.

·Close collaboration with the Rigging team.

·Previz, Layout and Camera work as needed.

Qualifications：

·Experienced Senior Animator with an excellent understanding of animation principles.

·Experience in facial animation for realistic characters and creatures is a must.

·Expert in Maya user with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

·Rigging experience is a big plus.

·Upbeat and improvisational personality.

·Leadership experience and ability to mentor is a plus - we can provide training in task delegation and leading a project team.

·Experience in Previz, Layout and Camera work.

Senior Nuke Artist

Job Description：

We are currently seeking talented and experienced Senior Nuke Artists to join our creative advertising team in Shanghai. We are looking for an experienced artist, able to work alongside our VFX Supervisors and other leads to deliver highly creative advertising and branded content for our clients.

Responsibilities：

·To be part of the advertising Compositing team integrating multiple elements (live action footage, CG, stock elements etc.) and combining them to create the final image.

·Work collaboratively with Supervisors, the compositing team and other VFX departments and studios in our global network.

Qualifications：

·Experience of Compositing with Nuke for advanced VFX projects, ideally in Advertising.

·A strong creative eye and a problem-solving attitude.

·Knowledge of other CG software such as Maya is an advantage.

·Any experience with Flame or other systems based Compositing tools is also an advantage.

We are looking for a skilled on-the-box Artist who can lead by example as well as nurturing and developing other less experienced artists.

Responsibilities：

·Leading and supervising VFX projects.

·Working closely with other VFX artists and departments to deliver the highest quality work.

·Engaging with Clients, Directors and Agency Creatives from initial meetings through to final delivery.

·Breaking-down and quoting on complex VFX projects.

·Attending shoots and supervising VFX requirements on-set.

Qualifications：

·In-depth experience of Compositing with Nuke for advanced VFX projects, ideally in Advertising.

·A strong creative eye and a problem-solving attitude.

·Knowledge of other VFX software such as Maya/Houdini is an advantage.
